Catering

Lone Creek BBQ caters large and small private events for fundraisers and other gatherings. Award Winning Coopetition Cooker, Erik Gudelman, can bring his trailer to you for fresh onsite BBQ and offer buffet or full service catering with his team. View his menu HERE.

Cleaning | $200

2 hours with 1-2 staff; includes disposing of trash & other recyclable items, sweeping, wiping tables and venue requirements to establish a "clean" environment after the event. We restrict ourselves from handling personal decorations, rented equipment & furniture for liability reasons. 

Bartending | $350

TABC Certified Bartender. 10 years experience. Insurance Liability Included. Black Uniform with comfortable foot wear. NOTE: FOR THE SAFETY OF STAFF, GUESTS & CLIENTS, LONE CREEK EVENTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE SERVICE TO ANY INDIVIDUAL THAT VISIBLY APPEARS INTOXICATED.

Includes 4 hours of bartending service, 30 min set up prior to start time, 2 coolers of fresh ice, plastic cups beer, plastic wine cups, bar napkins, mixing straws, citrus bar, insurance alcohol liability, and clean up/pick up. Does not include tipping. Service fees applicable.

Add On's:

All inclusive service with tipping | $500

 

Mixers | $150

Includes 96 cans of sodas (Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, Diet Coke), 48 Water Bottles, 6 liters Topo Chico, and 3 Juices

(Grapefruit, Orange Juice, Cranberry) 

 

Extra Hour | $50

Schedule a minimum of 24 hour notice, prior to the event. 
If NOT scheduled, this fee will be billed to the client with a 25% service fee, should services continue 15 minutes over the scheduled end time. 24 hour payment made via Venmo, Zelle, or Cash.

 

Additional Attendant | $100 

4 hour service. Additional attendants will AUTOMATICALLY be applied over 100 guests.

Security | $400

4 hours of service. 2 Law enforcement Officers.
